Hi Tom
We're back after an amazing week. Check-in was as smooth as possible and I'm not sure we could have gotten a better unit for our purposes. We ended up in a corner unit on the second floor of building 2, which if I'm not mistaken was deluxe, which I wasn't expecting. It was a very convenient location for the coming and going of all of the family and friends that were also there, and was great for lunches and dinners on the lanai, which helped our food bill and blood pressure. I miss it already, we're ruined from here on out.

Thank You so much for such a wonderful resort stay! I've been to Hawaii a number of times and this was by far my best stay ever! I've stayed at all the high end places on Kaanapali (Westin, Hyatt, Sheraton), and the Westin Villas blew them away! The rest of those resorts are so outdated! Thank you again for such a memorable trip!!! Can't wait to use you again in the very near future.

Hey Tom, We had a great trip. The Westin Lagunamar Villas were wonderful. We wanted to stay longer and would stay there again in a heart beat. We did'nt have any complications, the people there were very helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy anything, and the beds are truely Heavenly! You were great to work with. Thanks for your quick response and great communication. I'm sure we'll look you up again.

Just got back from Maui today. All we can say is WOW!!! We had a top floor ocean view condo which was AWESOME!! We spent the last two days at the Hyatt which seemed like a dump in comparison (tho still fun).
We're already missing it there as it is snowing here, etc...

Anyway, thanks again for everything. We really appreciate it.

Hi Tom,

We really enjoyed our stay at your Westin Lagunamar Ocean resort Villa timeshare property last April (remember, I sent the check with the card that had the picture of the thong sandals on it).

We're looking to take another vacation to Maui in the near future and wanted to check with you to see if you have the same room type available for our travel dates. We'd like to rent a 1 bedroom/1 bth villa with ocean view, for 7 nights between either of the time periods:

- Friday, Feb 15th - Sunday, Feb 24th (preferred)
- Friday April 4th - Sunday April 15th

Tom, thanks for the information, our stay at the Westin was excellent. What a great place, I will keep you in mind for next year and refer friends your way. We had a great time and enjoyed all the services at the resort. The people their were very helpful and the staff very competent.

Thanks for everything. The room was great (3410) with a perfect view of the pool, grounds, and ocean. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will be going back and I hope we will be able to use you again.

We did come close to buying a week (including all of the paperwork) but in the end decided to wait.

Tom provided excellent service for renting his Time Share at the Westin Lagunamar Resort. I had to change my reservations 3 times with Tom and he treated me very fairly. The accommodations were excellent. In my opinion Kaanapali Beach is the nicest location in Maui. You will not find a nicer place to stay then the Westin, especially at the rates Tom charges.

My husband and I rented a villa at the Westin Ocean Resort Villas through Tom in February 2008. Our experience working with Tom was very easy and our stay at the Westin Villas far exceeded our expectations. The room was new, very clean, and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette and in-room washer and drier were convenient. The grounds around the hotel were very nice and we enjoyed walking through them at the end of our daily walks on the beach. Some of the major selling points for us were the free shuttle service to both Whaler’s Village and Lahina, (we hardly had to use our rental car the entire week) and the countless whales we saw from the beach right in front of the hotel!! We also really liked the easy beach access, ample poolside lounge area, and the free fitness facility at the resort. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely work with Tom and stay at the Westin Villas on our next trip to Maui without thinking twice!!!!

As our trip ends tom. I just wanted to say thanks. Online sales can be scary and this worked out wonderfully. I will surely refer you to anybody I know traveling to Maui. The resort is very nice and upon checkin we were put in a deluxe ocean front room. Waking up to the ocean each day was awesome and we were hoping for ocean view much less ocean front. We did not buy a timeshare or even go to the sales presentation. Thanks again Tom and we will surely contact you again if we need a room in Maui.

We are back from Maui and want to thank you for our fantastic accommodations at the Westin Villas. We were a little nervous going online and working with someone we had never met, but everything was just fantastic and smooth as could be !!! We will definitely recommend you and your site to others, and if we return to Maui, there is absolutely no other place we would stay. This was our fourth trip to Maui, and the location of the Westin Villas can't be beat !!! Before booking with you, we had a suite reserved at the Hyatt in Kannapali - that would have been a huge mistake !!! The location, square footage, amenities, beach, service..........(I could go on and on)...........were all fantastic at the Westin Villas and we are so glad to have found you and your site. Please feel free to have people email me if they need a recommendation for you and your services, we would highly recommend you and the Westin Villas.

Hello Tom,

Just arrived back last night. We had a wonderful time staying at the Westin. The deluxe ocean view studio was more than adequate for our family of four. We really appreciated the amenities such as the full kitchen and incredible bathroom with it's huge shower and jacuzzi tub. The huge shower was a plus cleaning up the kids after a day at the pool. Also, having a washer/dryer in the studio was a nice convenience. Our kids really enjoyed the new Pirate Ship pool and spending time at the beach fronting the property. I could go on and on ...we would definitely do this again!

I never got a chance to thank you for letting us rent your Villas at the Westin Kanapali.

Let me start by saying everything about the Villas was wonderful. The service there was great. The location could not be any better and the process through you and the Westin was great. It was so easy to check in and out with the staff always willing to help.

To be honest when I first found your information I was a little skeptical but this absolutely exceeded all my expectation. You information prior to the trip really had me relaxed on the flight and from there on everything was perfect. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the grounds and our rooms. The rooms ended up being the perfect size for our family. The view from the rooms was great and the snorkeling right off the beach was impeccable.

I’m sure I could go on and on about our vacation but will spare you the long read. Again, thank you for your help in getting everything set up. We couldn’t ask for a more flawless process. I’m sure I will be contact you in the future to reserve something again. As well I will tell all my family and friends about your Villas.

Tom, All went well on our trip - we had a fabulous time and the room was great. Thanks for all your help and the ease of getting this all secured. We had absolutely zero problems checking in and enjoyed the grounds, the room and the facilities. Snorkeling behind the property is off the charts.....I would have never imagined it to be so good. We will certainly look to returning again and we hope you will help us the next time around. I will make sure to refer my friends and business associates to you that are interested in visiting Maui.

I wanted to write you sooner, but after almost 14 days of vacation life was a little hectic when we got back. But oh what a fabulous vacation! Thank you so much for your help and your professionalism. My family and I had such a great time at the Westin Lagunamar! That beach couldn't be more perfect and we are already looking forward to our next trip!
